Delivery: Flat-rate nationwide shipping is available nationwide. +$10
Shipments are sent out from Nashville, TN on Mondays each week. Please allow a few extra days for the shipment to arrive at your door.
Important Dates: Please allow 3 full days for us to make and assemble your order. We appreciate your patience!
Pickups will be ready during store hours any time after 3 days have passed. Please select the day you would like to come pick up when placing your order.
Shipments will be sent weekly on Mondays. Orders and subscriptions that come in after Thursday will be shipped not on the immediately following, but on the subsequent Monday.

How and when will I receive my order?
If you're in the Nashville area, we'd love to welcome you to pick up at our store during store hours. We are located at: 1010 16th Ave S. (Ground Floor), Nashville, TN 37212.
Nationwide shipping through USPS is also available. Any order you place will be shipped out on Mondays (orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday of a week will be shipped not on the immediately following, but on the subsequent Monday). Please allow a few extra days for your package to get to you.
During the checkout, you may select the day you'd like to come pick up, or the week that would be best for us to send out your shipment.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
You may place your order at any time. Please allow 3 full days for us to prepare and pack your order.
I have certain allergies. Can I still use your products?
All soaps and bath bombs will be labeled with their oils, scents, and additives, especially potential allergens like almonds, coconut, milk products, etc.
When you become a subscriber or purchase any of our products, please let us know about your allergies. We will make sure to take that into account when building your package.
Can I temporarily pause my subscription?
Yes, you can take skip an upcoming box at any time. You'll receive a reminder before each scheduled pickup or delivery, with an option to skip.
